Ed, you have these random comments that aren’t appropiate either. How is there going to be a website inviting people to make comments and then you decide to either remove them or delete portions with a ridiculous comment from you. So David, since “AFTRA” no longer exists, why have elections for “AFTRA”?

Same is true of “SAG”. It no longer exists.

The new union is SAG-AFTRA. The elections for that union will take place.

Are we clear?

Niner, As I have stated, I really don’t give a rat’s ass about this whole broughaha…it’s much ado about nothing. I was simply suggesting a view that may be the rationale.

However, nobody is really carping about it…not the rank and file for sure. Just this blog or that other sandbox SAGSmacktor.

As usual I’m confused by you David; what are you trying to say? That people who have paid their May 2012 SAG-AFTRA bill are being charged again? Or that people paid their SAG and/or AFTRA bills in advance of merger(could you have done that? Would they let you?) and are being charged again for the new union? Clarify please.

don’t mind the double billing of paid up members currently happening ,or the looting of union accounts,how about those election rules that are vague or so pro incumbent friendly that no member will get elected without committee approval

leak all the information including the actuall percentages of the vote,,\
and the other legal yet immoral union screw job to the members…..done by our leaders….
